Project Description:
This student team was composed of first- and second-year Civil and Systems Engineering majors who worked with a community partner to develop plans and cost estimates needed to convert a vacant lot in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood of Baltimore City into a community-managed open space which focuses on safety, community, and sustainability.
