Project Description:
This is our ChemBE Product Design (EN.540.314) final project, BiteWatch. It test for the three most common pathogens that contaminate foods preventing foodborne illnesses. Detailed in our project is the market evaluation, scientific principles, manufacturing plan, and financial aspects of bringing the product to market.
