REACH (Refugee Employment and Career Hub) is a transformative digital platform designed to connect skilled refugees with global employment opportunities.
Through REACH, refugees can create detailed profiles showcasing their skills, education, and professional history. Our innovative Job-Employee matching algorithm effectively matches these profiles with appropriate job opportunities. To enhance their employability, REACH also provides access to educational courses and legal advice to help refugees meet job qualifications and navigate immigration processes. Expert mentors offer personalized guidance, ensuring refugees can fully utilize the platform’s features and overcome language barriers. Starting with the Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya, REACH is committed to expanding globally, empowering refugees to secure meaningful employment and rebuild their lives with dignity.
