Project Description:
As a bit of a coffee nerd, I’ve scoped around the Hopkins campus and have gone to many cafes. The Allora cafe at Gilman made me think that Hopkins students should have more access to a late-night combination of good coffee and a cozy environment. Based on my research on the relationship between leadership and running a coffee shop, this is a pitch for a student-run cafe in the student center.
