Environmental Impact Assessment of Textiles at Under Armour

Through technical and user research, this team found that Under Armour needs a way to assess the full life cycle of their textiles (specifically reusable face masks) in order to determine where they can reduce the environmental impact in the production and/or distribution of their products. The team developed an algorithm that visualizes how changing one input, like material composition, will impact environmental factors such as water scarcity or fossil fuel usage.
